Washington County Children’s Program

Washington County Children’s Program is a structured licensed day care which provides 1:1 services for children with special needs aged 1-6.  Each service is specially designed to meet the needs of the child and help them become school ready.  Services may be provided by a BHP under RCS School and Specialized Services (Section 28 of the MaineCare Manual) or by a BHP and a Clinician under Day Treatment Services (Section 65 of the MaineCare Manual).  Our RCS Specialized Services also incorporate a BCBA to assist managing behaviors of the child.  Referrals may come from CDS, Children’s Case Managers, Parents/Caregivers.

Community Based RCS Program is a program designed to meet the needs of the child in the community.  Our 1:1 BHP works with the child to provide community integration and skill building.
