Community Based Services
Sunrise Opportunities provides Community Based Children’s Services throughout Washington County. These services are designed to meet the needs of the child (ages 2-high school graduation) in their home and community. Our BHP’s (Behavioral Health Professionals) work one on one to teach age appropriate individualized daily living skills and to promote community integration.
Center Based Services
Washington County Children’s Program (WCCP) is the name of our center based program. WCCP is a structured licensed day care which provides one on one services for children aged 1-6. Each service is specially designed to meet the needs of the child and help them become school ready. Services are provided by a BHP and BCBA certified Lead Teacher or counselor. Other service providers (OT, PT, Speech Pathology and Counseling) come into our center and provide services as appropriate.
Counseling
We have several credentialed Counselors on staff to provide child counseling services in the community. Our counseling services can be provided at schools or in our offices.
Targeted Case Mangement
Our Targeted Case Managers offer services to youth with a mental health diagnosis and developmental diagnosis from birth to 21 years old. Once a referral is received a case manager will contact you to begin the opening process. This meeting is family focused to learn your unique needs and listen to your successes to create a plan of care. Future planning can focus on accessing services, learning local resources, and receiving support to help your child reach their goals.
